We are in the midst of the 2024 hurricane season so we thought it would be a good idea to give all of our readers some suggestions for what they might need in an emergency situation to help get through the emergency.

This list is not meant to be 100% comprehensive, but we do hope it helps get you on the right track if you need to prepare for a hurricane or serious storm. We also think it's a good idea to have PFD's and other rescue tools available if you are expecting a hurricane. It's always best to follow evacuation protocol. If the experts are telling you to evacuate for life safety reasons then you evacuate. Have a Go Bag on the ready for if and when it happens.
